Can someone tell me who designs the ballerina heels? :) Pweese?

I did this graphic because, she said she has a Birkin. :O:O Mega, super obsessed.

    I love the cut on the dress and the texture the ballerina heeled boot is amazing unfortunatly don't know who designs

    The ballerina heels for by Christian Louboutin, but they look tiny.
